3. If there is a garden it is maintained by a professional garden expert who accesses the garden during office hours in the last week of the month.
4. The smart lock batteries need to be replaced from time to time so that you can have consistent access to your property. We will notify you in advance if we are replacing batteries, but it may require access to your property.
5. As we are licensed Real Estate Agents (RLA 315943), for insurance purposes and as you are a guest of a Strata Corporation we may require an agreement signed by the guest, verification of identification, emergency contact details and car registration
