• Rules: No parties, no smoking, and no illegal activity. Only registered guests are allowed.
• Booking: The booking guest must be staying on the property. Minimum booking age is 25 with valid ID required.
• Agreement: A separate 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement must be signed after booking to complete the reservation.
• Pets: A maximum of 1 dog (preferably aged 2+) is permitted with a fee. Specific breed restrictions apply, including but not limited to Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, and Huskies. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
