The layout provides ample space across two levels: the main floor hosts three bedrooms, including a master with an ensuite bathroom, while the lower floor contains four additional bedrooms, including a bunk room with an ensuite bath. Guest capacity is set at 16 people, though the property can accommodate up to 22 guests (with a maximum of 14 adults aged 15 or older) for an additional fee.

Entertainment is central to the experience here. Guests can enjoy a dedicated Media Room with reclining chairs, a Game Room featuring a pool table and foosball, and a wide array of board games.
