We have recently added a beautiful, new swim spa. By booking this property you agree to the following rules:

-PLEASE rinse your feet off before entering swim spa, the sand is very difficult to get out. Any excess sand in the hot tub will be subject to an extra cleaning fee of $275.

-The Primary renter agrees to use extreme caution and care in the hot tub on the premises and to pay all repair charges for damage caused by the renter or the renter’s family members, children, guests, invitees, agents, and/or employees.

-Renter further agrees that all above-mentioned will shower and clean feet upon use of hot tub. If you have any medical condition (such as but not limited to, heart disease, low or high blood pressure, circulatory system problems, diabetes, obesity) or are taking any type of drugs please consult your physician before using the hot tub. Persons who have skin sensitivities or open wounds should not use the hot tub. If you have consumed or are consuming alcoholic beverages or drugs or have a medical condition that in conjunction with hot tub use may result in drowsiness, do not use the hot tub due to the possibility of losing consciousness with the possibility of drowning.

-The temperature of the hot tub will be set at 90 degrees – please do not turn it above 103 degrees.

-Furthermore, the agreement is made that NO oils, bubble bath, soaps, other liquids, or any other harmful materials will be used in the hot tub.

-No glass products whatsoever are allowed in or around the hot tub.

-Our hot tub is inspected, cleaned, and sanitized as needed before every stay.

-If any items such as soaps, bath products, food, alcohol, etc. are found in the tub, the renter will be charged a cleaning fee of $275. Damage to the cover will result in a $2000 charge. Cover should always remain on the hot tub when not in use.

-Renter agrees that there will be no horseplay in the hot tub as well as not to sit on, jump on, or misuse the hot tub cover in any manner. Sitting on the edge of the hot tub is not recommended and may result in a fall and/or injury.

-If you notice any water quality issues, such as cloudy, dirty, gritty, or smelly water, DO NOT USE THE HOT TUB and call or message for service.

-The renter further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Rentlyne and its owners, and employees from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or losses whatsoever arising out of or in any way associated with the renters’ use of the tub, including but not limited to death, personal injury, or property damage.

-The agreement and release are hereby incorporated into and made a part of any other agreement between the renter and the owner in the event legal action is commenced to interpret or enforce the terms of this Agreement and costs, whether incurred during litigation, at trial, or on appeal.
