The cottage is thoughtfully designed with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. The sleeping arrangements feature a king bed in the upstairs bedroom—which also includes a roll-out twin stored in the closet for extra space—and a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom. Both rooms are equipped with Helix foam mattresses, USB ports on the nightstands, and recently installed mini-split air conditioning units to ensure a comfortable temperature. Guests staying upstairs can enjoy a private reading corner and stunning views of the Animas Valley.

Living spaces are designed for relaxation and entertainment. The living room is anchored by a cozy pellet wood stove and a sectional sofa, complemented by bean bag chairs, a large Roku television, and a Bluetooth speaker. For those who love to cook, the well-equipped kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a variety of gadgets including an Oxo drip coffee maker, blender, and a cocktail kit.
