LOCAL COUNTY LAWS & ORDINANCES - Please be advised that there is a county-wide fire ban in place. Violations may result in fines ranging from $5,000 to $10,000, as well as potential imprisonment for up to 6 months. - Due to local zoning laws, each cabin has a maximum occupancy. If you exceed these numbers, we will retroactively charge $100 per person, per night. - Each cabin has only 1 designated parking spot and we may not be able to accommodate extra vehicles. For more information about parking, please refer to the listing or property guidebook once you receive it. - Please do not leave any trash or food outside as it can attract animals. This home is dog-friendly with prior approval. All dogs must be registered on the reservation, and a $75 fee per dog applies (maximum of 2 dogs). No cats are allowed. Guests are required to clean up after their dogs, and pets are not permitted on the furniture.

Bears and other wildlife are active in the area. For your safety and to avoid attracting wildlife to the property:

• Never approach, feed, or interact with wildlife.
• Do not leave food, coolers, trash, pet food/bowls, or other scented items outside unattended.
• Do not leave food, wrappers, or other scented items in vehicles.
• Place all trash in the designated bear-resistant trash container and make sure it is fully secured.
• Keep exterior doors and accessible windows closed and secured overnight and whenever you leave the property. Registered Guests Only: All overnight guests must be listed on the reservation. Unregistered guests will incur a fine of $100 per guest, per night, and may face immediate eviction without a refund.

No Parties or Unauthorized Events: Parties, large gatherings, and third-party bookings are strictly prohibited. Local guests within 30 miles must contact us prior to booking.

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping any substance inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a minimum $500 remediation fine.

Noise & Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM.

Check-Out & Late Fees: Check-out time is strict to allow for turnover. A 15-minute courtesy window is provided; thereafter, a $50 fee applies, plus $50 for every additional 30 minutes.

Cleaning & Care: Please keep shoes off carpeted areas. Excessively dirty homes requiring deep cleaning will incur additional fees.

Non-Refundable Processing Fee: Bookings processed directly by AirSimplicity include a non-refundable 4% payment processing fee. Guest-initiated cancellations will receive applicable refunds minus this non-refundable 4% fee. Host Cancellation: If AirSimplicity or the homeowner must cancel your reservation, you will receive a 100% full refund, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in finding alternative lodging.

Lost Belongings: Please check thoroughly for personal items upon departure. Recovering left-behind items incurs a handling fee plus shipping costs. Return of lost items is not guaranteed.

Liability & Screening: Guests assume all risk of harm, injury, or loss of personal property on the premises.
