Inside, the cabin is defined by knotty pine walls and a freestanding wood-burning fireplace that sets a cozy tone. The living area features a plush sectional and a 65-inch smart TV, while the bright sunroom offers a serene space for reading as snow drifts outside. • Vehicle Requirement: 4WD or AWD vehicles are strictly required to access the property due to the rural road and steep driveway, especially from late October through late April.
• Pets: Dogs are welcome (maximum two). A $100 cleaning fee per dog applies. No cats permitted.
• Smoking: Strictly forbidden inside and outside the home; violations result in a minimum $650 fine.
• Other: No AC (ceiling fans provided); events require approval and additional fees; exterior security cameras are in place for your safety.
