• Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome (maximum of two) with a $100 cleaning fee per dog. Please provide details about your pets when booking. No cats are permitted.
• Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly forbidden both inside and outside the home; violations result in a minimum fine of $650.
