Practical details for your stay: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The suite occupies the entire lower floor of the property for your privacy, though please note that the upper unit is owner-occupied. Due to stairs leading to the entrance, the unit may not be suitable for elderly guests or those with mobility challenges.

We are pet-friendly! Dogs are welcome to enjoy the fully fenced front gravel area (the backyard is reserved for the owner). There is a $100 cleaning fee per dog, with a maximum of two dogs; however, cats are not permitted. Smoking of any kind is strictly forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500. For your security, cameras are installed outside monitoring the entrances and backyard; no cameras are located inside the home.
