Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are allowed; please notify the host in advance. Guests are asked to be mindful of noise levels within the multi-family building. Smoking, vaping, burning candles, incense, open flames, unauthorized pets, excessive noise, or parties are strictly prohibited and may result in a minimum $500 violation fee or immediate termination of the stay without refund. Please note that the jacuzzi tub is currently non-functional and grilling facilities are not available.
