Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that this unit shares a common wall with an adjoining property, though a locked internal door ensures privacy. To support local infrastructure, a $5 Community Infrastructure Contribution is added to every reservation.

House rules are strictly enforced to maintain a peaceful environment: pets are not allowed, and smoking or recreational drugs are prohibited inside (violation incurs a $500 fee). No parties or unregistered guests are permitted, and loud noise is prohibited after 10:00 PM. To protect the plumbing system, please flush only toilet paper; wipes must be placed in the bin to avoid a potential NZ$350 call-out charge. The property utilizes a video doorbell and a Minut decibel reader to ensure guest security and neighborhood tranquility.
