Guest’s or Guest's invitees, visitors, or guests use of any equipment or amenity that may be within the Accommodations or available within the Building shall be at Guest’s sole risk and Guest hereby indemnifies the property owner and agrees to hold the property owner harmless from all claims, actions, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from any personal injury to the Guest or Guest’s invitees, visitors or guests, and Guest shall be solely responsible for any damage caused by Guest or Guest’s invitees, visitors or guests.
-To ensure a peaceful and respectful environment, we ask that the primary guest be at least 25 years old.
❗📣 Please note: Any violation of our house rules, including smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, or burning candles, incense, or any open flames, as well as unauthorized pets, excessive noise, or parties/events, may result in a minimum $500 violation fee, with additional charges if warranted by the violation. Depending on the severity of the violation, your stay may also be terminated immediately without a refund.
