Please note the fireplace is decorative and not operational, and stairs are required to access the condo. As this is a quiet residential community, guests are asked to be mindful of noise levels.

Dogs are welcome, which is a complete rarity in the area! Canine companions must be 50 lbs or less, kept on a leash, and owners must pick up after them. Please avoid allowing pets to relieve themselves on the condo grounds or beach pathways.
