Parking: Use the driveway for parking.
Communication: Contact us via Airbnb messages for any questions, issues, or emergencies.
Check-Out Procedure: Wash all dishes and place them in the drying rack. Dispose of all trash in the designated outdoor bins. Place used towels in the laundry basket in the primary bedroom closet. Return all remotes to their original locations. Before leaving, ensure everything is put back as you found it.
Guest Responsibility for Damages: By accepting this booking, guests acknowledge financial responsibility for any damages or losses incurred during their stay. Promptly report damages to the host. The host reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacements as needed. Treat the property with care. Intentional or negligent damages may result in additional charges.
