Upstairs, the second-floor loft suite provides additional privacy with two double beds, a private bath, and its own spacious walk-in closet.

While this residence is privately owned and the Grand Palms Resort pools and activity center are unavailable to guests, the home itself is fully equipped for a seamless stay. You will find a full eat-in kitchen with dining for seven and a comfortable living room perfect for quality family time.

Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, the property provides effortless access to the best of the area. You are just 1.5 miles from the closest beach access and only 15 minutes from the excitement of Broadway at the Beach. Local favorites like the Wooden Spoon, Surfside Pizza, The Bar-B-Q House, and Johnny D's Waffles are right around the corner. For shopping, Target, Walmart, and three grocery stores are within a 10-minute drive, and the Market Common offers wonderful strolling and dining for the whole family. A rental car is recommended for the best experience.
