To ensure a seamless stay, please take note of the following practical information and house rules. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated upon messaging; please note that fees may apply. Half-day options, such as an 11:00 AM arrival or a 3:30 PM departure, may be available for 50% of the nightly rate.

Parking is limited, first-come, first-served, and not guaranteed. A maximum of one vehicle per reservation is permitted at the Inn; for additional needs, a public parking garage is conveniently located at 310 25th.

Additional policies include a minimum rental age of 22 years. To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the Inn, quiet time begins at 10:00 PM. No smoking of any substances, parties, or events are permitted. Events or retreats must be approved prior to booking. Please be advised that package deliveries cannot be guaranteed; we recommend utilizing nearby Amazon Lockers or the local post office for your shipments. Pets are not allowed.
