Ideally located directly across the street from the Atlantic Park Surf Park and Dome Events Venue, this vibrant space is designed for those who want to be in the center of the action while enjoying a modern, light-filled retreat.

This newly rebuilt residence is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The layout features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, utilizing a smart architectural design with lofted ceilings and abundant natural light. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed to maximize space: a private bedroom houses a king size bed, while a queen size bed is situated in the lofted area above the kitchen. For additional guests, the living area includes a queen size pullout sofa sleeper.

Located in a prime area, guests are just a short walk away from the beach, the boardwalk, and the Virginia Beach Sports Center. The surrounding VIBE Creative District is renowned for its lively breweries, cozy cafes, fantastic restaurants, and a vibrant community atmosphere. For those visiting during the summer, the Old Beach Farmers Market is just a short walk away every Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm.

Practical details for your stay include:

• Parking: Space for one vehicle is available onsite per reservation. Additional paid parking can be found in the parking garage located on Baltic Ave between 19th and 20th street.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed

To ensure a peaceful stay for all, please adhere to the following house rules: Guests must be 22 years or older to rent. In accordance with city ordinance, absolute silence is required after 10:00 PM. No parties, celebrations, or events are permitted, and the maximum occupancy is strictly 6 guests. Smoking of any substances is prohibited on the property, and violations will result in immediate departure. Additionally, no events or retreats are allowed unless approved prior to booking. For those needing package deliveries, we recommend using nearby Amazon Lockers or the local post office, as deliveries to the home cannot be guaranteed.

Early check-ins or late check-outs may be accommodated upon request for an additional fee; half-day options (11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure) may be available for 50% of the nightly rate.
