Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated upon messaging; fees may apply, and half-day options (11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure) may be available for 50% of the nightly rate.

To maintain the peace of the neighborhood, absolute silence is required after 10:00 PM per city ordinance. Renters must be 22 years of age or older. Smoking of any substances on the property is strictly prohibited. No parties, celebrations, events, or retreats are allowed unless approved prior to booking. Violation of any rules will result in immediate departure. Please note that package deliveries cannot be guaranteed; guests are encouraged to use nearby Amazon Lockers or the local post office. Additional paid parking is available at the garage on Baltic Ave between 19th and 20th street.
