This impressive compound consists of two separate residences, each designed to provide comfort and privacy. Across both homes, you will find a total of 8 bedrooms, 8 beds, and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests.

The first home, known as Happy Cub, features four bedrooms with a King bed, a Queen/Twin combination, a Twin over Double, and a Twin/Twin over Double arrangement. The second home, Bearvaria, also offers four bedrooms featuring a King bed, a Queen bed, Twin/Twin beds, and a Twin/Double/Queen configuration. Every room is appointed with new luxurious linens to ensure a restful stay.

While the compound is designed for relaxation, there is no shortage of entertainment. Guests can enjoy the following features:
