Here's the part that we all don't like to see, rules!! We don't want to intimidate anyone, but instead be transparent so that both you, the guest, and we, the host, both have a clear understanding and there are no surprises during your stay!

🚭 Please remember there is no smoking of any kind inside of the home. This includes cigarettes and marijuana! We charge a hefty $1,000 fee for smoking in the home. This charge is needed to get the smell out of the house and possibly refund/cancellation of the next guest due to the odor.

🚫 Parties are strictly prohibited. We'll charge an extra cleaning fee depending on the invoice provided by the cleaning company, plus an additional $500.00 for breaking the house rules. Any unauthorized gatherings or events will result in immediate eviction.

🚨Our neighborhood has a noise ordinance from 10 pm to 8 am. We have a noise detection device in the home that monitors sound levels. This device does NOT record conversations, only senses decibel levels to alert us about possible parties. We kindly ask to respect the quiet hours listed! The name of the device is called Minut and you find more information on their website.🚨

🚘 For properties with parking passes/transponders, please note that each pass costs $200.00. This fee will be collected if, in any case, you fail to return the passes upon check-out or if you bring them with you. Failure to return parking passes will result in a charge.

🔑 For properties with fobs/keys, each fob/keys has a cost of $200, so please don't forget! This fee will be collected if, in any case, you fail to return the fobs upon check-out or if you bring them with you. Failure to return parking Fobs will result in a charge.

🔐 Ripping off the closet/kitchen or any locks will result in a charge of $200.00

♻️ We strive to strike a balance between guest satisfaction and environmental sustainability at our home. As part of our efforts, we have implemented a towel usage policy to minimize waste. For every registered guest, we provide 1 face towel and 1 bath towel per person listed on the reservation. Each bathroom is equipped with 2 hand towels for your convenience. In the case of larger groups, we may have extra bath towels available, but we kindly ask that you bring additional items if necessary.

To enhance your experience, we also offer makeup wipes for your use. By communicating our towel policy in advance, we aim to foster a collaborative approach to sustainability. Your conscious towel usage plays a significant role in our eco-friendly practices.

We are pleased to inform you that we also offer complimentary detergent pods and dishwasher pods for your convenience during your stay. This means you don't have to worry about bringing your own cleaning supplies for your laundry or dishes!

We prefer guests do not wear shoes on the carpeted areas of the home.

Also please take extra care with our towels and linens because unfortunately we'll have to charge to replace stains or damage.

Also our plumber charges $500 to unclog toilet and sink drains so please do not throw excessive toilet tissue or feminine products down the toilet or excessive food down the kitchen sink.

Lastly, please be respectful of the check out time. This ensures that our cleaners have enough time to clean up and make sure the house is ready for the next guest!

30 mins to 1 hour after check out: $150 Over 1 hour after check out: $250 Each additional hour: $100 Excessive Cleaning: $150
