At Villa on the Rocks, we aim to create an enjoyable experience for everyone. Please assist by keeping noise levels low—adjust your TV and radios to a volume that won't disturb our neighbors. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

▪️ Kindly provide a government-issued ID for all registered guests within 24 hours after booking and before arrival. Failure to comply may result in reservation cancellation at the host's discretion.

▪️ We want to ensure your comfort at all times. Kindly stick to the maximum guest limit mentioned. An extra charge of US$100 per night will be applied for each additional guest.

▪️ Guests hosting visitors not staying on the property must register visitor with a government-issued ID at least 24 hours before the visit.

▪️ Our laundry facilities are reserved for guests staying 7 days or longer.     •    Guests staying less than 7 days: Laundry facilities are not included in your stay, but you may use them for a fee.     •    Guests staying 7 days or longer: One complimentary wash is included for every 7-day stay. If you require additional washes, they can be arranged for a fee.

Please note that laundry facilities are not available to guest visitors. Thank you for your understanding!

▪️ For long-term stays, entry is necessary to maintain our cleaning standards. A weekly cleaning fee of $45, along with a linen change, is required.

▪️🚭 No smoking indoors or on the front porch. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas and dispose of cigarette butts in ashtrays. Violation incurs a $300 US fine, and immediate departure is required.

▪️ 🚫 No pets of any sort are allowed. A pet fee of $300 USD will be applied if found in violation.

▪️ Respect for property: Guests are expected to treat the property and its belongings with care. Any missing or damaged items will be charged to the guest.

♦️ Do not tamper with WiFi or exterior cameras. A $350 fine and immediate reservation cancellation will be enforced for any violations.

♦️Missing washcloth: $25 US, Towels: $50 US, Linen: $80 US.

♦️ US$ 60 charge for dirty dishes and pots left in the sink.

♦️ $60 charge for improperly disposing of garbage outside of trash bags in the bin, particularly if it's deemed a deliberate act of vandalism to the property.

▪️No 🚫illegal substances allowed.

▪️Guests should adhere to the specified check-in and check-out times unless alternative arrangements have been made with the host. Stays over 25 days pays their own electric bill Thank you for your corporation.
