Adjacent is a dining area with a custom solid white oak table seating eight under a stunning chandelier. The master suite offers a luxurious king-sized bed, an electric fireplace, and a bay window seating area with a juliet balcony overlooking the water. The upper level contains three additional beautifully decorated bedrooms, including one with gorgeous lake views. For extra flexibility, the lower level serves as a moody, vintage-inspired game lounge and bonus bunk room featuring custom-built bunk beds, a card table, and a dedicated workspace.

Outdoor living is an experience of its own. A large wraparound deck provides sweeping vistas of Lake Granbury and includes a hot tub, Adirondack chairs, and a comfortable couch. Guests can enjoy meals under the large pergola-covered dining area or gather around the wood-burning firepit. A stone path leads past the waterfall to a private boat dock with tie-ups, featuring a shaded area with fans perfect for fishing. Please note that the water is very deep immediately off the dock, making it excellent for diving and boating, though not ideal for wading.
