The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king bed, Smart TV, desk, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and walk-in closet, while the third bedroom provides a full bed and walk-in closet. For additional guests, the fourth bedroom is equipped with a twin-C-S-over-king bunk bed with a trundle, a Smart TV, and a walk-in closet.

Inside, the living room is a welcoming gathering space featuring a comfortable sectional, a fireplace, and a large Smart TV. The dining area seats seven and is situated next to a fully equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker.
