The unit does not have air conditioning, though portable fans are available upon request.

Building Notice: Sand & Sea is undergoing exterior structural repairs from January 2026 through January 2027. Guests may experience daytime construction noise and visible activity. During this period, no early check-ins or late check-outs are available, and weekday arrivals may not enter through the front entrance before 4 PM. Parking is limited; starting June 1, 2026, only one parking pass will be issued per reservation. Most guests park in the designated lot across from the building.
