• Minimum booking age: 21
• Pets are not permitted (unauthorized pets result in a $500 fine)
• No smoking of any kind permitted on the premises (violation results in a $250 fine)
• No early check-ins or late check-outs available during current construction
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Note: There is no AC; however, guests can enjoy the ocean breeze through floor-to-ceiling windows or request portable fans from the front desk.

Important Notice: The Sand & Sea is undergoing exterior structural repairs from January 2026 through January 2027. Guests may experience visible construction and daytime noise. Please follow all posted signage and staff directions regarding garage and entrance access during this time.
