Designed as an open-plan studio, the space is thoughtfully arranged with visually pleasing interiors and charming exposed wood details. The sleeping arrangements feature one enormous super king-size bed (180cm wide), ensuring a restful night for up to 2 guests. The layout flows into a sociable and light living area equipped with a large Smart TV, and a dining table that seats two, providing an ideal spot for relaxing or catching up after a day of sightseeing.

The apartment is fully equipped for convenience, featuring a kitchen area with a 2-plate stove and oven, microwave, bar fridge, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Guests will find essential crockery, glassware, and cutlery provided, along with complimentary tea, coffee, salt, and pepper. The spacious bathroom is a highlight, boasting a double sink, a separate bath, and a walk-in shower. For added convenience, the home includes a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

Fees: Unauthorised late check-outs incur a fee of £50+VAT per half hour. Travel cots or high chairs are available upon request for £50.00. Failure to return keys to the key safe results in a £200+VAT fee.

Our Guest Promise

We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!

Check-In

We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.

Smoking

To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors.

Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.

Noise

To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!)

Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.

Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee.

Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee.

Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please:

Wash up the used dishes. Bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins. Return keys to the key safe (OR) Keynest location. Switch off the lights. Close all windows. Turn down the heating. These steps help us prepare for the next guests and save energy; every little bit counts.

Age Policy

Bookings are only accepted where the lead guest meets our minimum age requirements and where the majority of the group is of an appropriate age. If you’re unsure, please get in touch with us before booking. We’re always happy to help.

A Quick Note on Deposits and Property Care

If any of the above guidelines aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!
