You'll be perfectly positioned for adventure - just a 5-minute drive to downtown Corvallis with its many new restaurants, food trucks at Common Fields, and boutique shopping along River Front and 1st-3rd streets. The location offers easy access to Highway 99, Highway 34, and 9th Street, plus public transportation. This pet-friendly home welcomes dogs with a $40 per week fee (capped at $120 per month). Pet house rules include keeping furry friends on wood flooring only - no pets on furniture or in bedrooms to keep the newly replaced carpets fresh.
