This home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 6 guests. The primary suite features a king memory-foam bed in a bold designer hue, complete with a private ensuite bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a daybed with a pull-out trundle and a dedicated workspace, making it ideal for friends or remote work. For additional guests, the butterfly-themed living room includes a queen sleeper sofa. The home is rounded out by two modern bathrooms, including a spa-style walk-in glass shower with gold accents in the primary suite.

✨ No Smoking Inside We’re a smoke-free zone indoors — breathe easy! If you light up inside, there’s a $500 deep-cleaning fee. Outdoor smoking is fine (where allowed) — just please use ashtrays and be mindful.
🎶 Keep the Music Sweet & Low We love a good vibe, but please keep music at a polite level, especially late at night. If things get too rock ‘n’ roll and disturb the peace, a $100 excessive noise fee may apply.
🎉 Parties & Large Gatherings We’re all about good company, but no parties or events, please. Gatherings beyond our approved max occupancy aren’t allowed — if it happens, a $500 fee may apply.
🌟 In Short: Relax, unwind, have fun — but keep it respectful for everyone’s sake. Thanks a million for helping us keep our place a wonderful getaway for all!
*No late check in/out. If a guest does not vacate property by 10 am on the scheduled day of departure there will be a $50 fee for the first half hour and $100 for each subsequent half hour that the guests fails to vacate the property.
*No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other events that are out of our control.
