• Pets: Up to two dogs allowed (no cats) with an additional $100 pet fee
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the property (including vaping and cannabis); violation results in a $250 fine
• Climate: No AC; floor-to-ceiling windows provide ocean breezes, and portable fans are available upon request
• Parking: Limited availability. Starting June 1, 2026, through January 15, 2027, only one parking pass is issued per reservation. Covered garage parking is reserved for valid handicap placards; all others must use the lot across from the resort.
• Construction Notice: Exterior structural repairs are scheduled from January 2026 through January 2027. Daytime noise and visible activity may occur, with expected completion by January 31, 2027. Note that no early check-ins or late check-outs are available during this period.
