The home features a thoughtful layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Sleeping arrangements are designed for versatility: the master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, a second bedroom provides a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes a twin bed with a twin trundle. For additional guests, the living room offers a large couch and a queen-sized air mattress.

The interior is a little girl's dream, filled with plenty of toys and games to keep the children entertained. Adults will appreciate the full kitchen and a living area equipped with a large TV and a variety of streaming services, including Disney+, AppleTV, Hulu, Netflix, and HBOMax. The two bathrooms are well-appointed, with one featuring a shower and tub, and the second featuring a shower only.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the giant fully fenced backyard, complete with a gas grill for summer cookouts. Please note that due to environmental concerns, the lawn is allowed to go dormant during the summer, so it may not be green depending on the season, though it remains fully available for use.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Entry is seamless via keyless keypad code. As this is the owner's personal home, some personal belongings and clothing remain in the house, though ample space has been cleared for guest use. Please be aware that the garage is off-limits. Additionally, while the home is single-level, there is a single step transitioning from the front door and kitchen area into the living room.

Booking Requirements: Guests must provide a phone number, driver's license, and license plate number for management purposes and sign a digital Renter's Agreement via DocuSign. One dog is welcome to join the stay!
