• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Parking: Free parking is available in the driveway; please park in front of the glass door or the gravel area by the stone wall. Please stay on paved areas to protect the lawn sprinklers. Guests with more than 2 vehicles should notify the host.
• Pet Policy: Pets are allowed but require pre-approval (dogs are welcome; other animals are case-by-case). There is a $40 per week fee for dogs (capped at $100-$120 per month). House rules include: no pets on furniture, no pets in bedrooms, no pet baths in the tub, and no unattended pets unless crated. Please scoop the poop!
• Additional Options: Early check-in ($25), late check-out ($25), pack-n-play ($10), and exclusive backyard use ($10/day) are available upon request.
