Building Notice: The Sand & Sea is undergoing exterior structural repairs from January 2026 through January 2027. Guests may experience visible construction and daytime noise. During this period, no early check-ins or late check-outs are available, and guests arriving Monday through Friday may not enter the front entrance before 4 PM. Please follow all posted signage and staff directions regarding garage traffic and access routes.
