Welcome Information
• Check-in: From 15:30 until 19:00 (Check-in after 19:00 is NOT allowed).
• Check out: Until 11.00 am.
• NO SELF CHECK-IN.
• NO LUGGAGE STORAGE.
• PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Check-in & Access
• The person who made the reservation MUST BE PRESENT at check-in. Check-ins for third parties are not permitted.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the property. No unregistered visitors.
• No front desk service: This is a private suite, not a hotel.
• Late check-out after 11:00 AM (unless previously agreed) incurs €30 penalty per hour.

Legal Requirements
• As per Italian law, all guests must present a valid ID or passport at check-in.
• Tourist tax is collected directly by Airbnb. (As of July 2024, it is €3.50 per person per night for the first 4 nights.)
• If the Municipality of Verona changes the tax rate, guests will be informed, and adjustments will be made accordingly. Any balance due or credit will be settled at check-in.

Cleaning & Maintenance
• This is a self-catering apartment. As per Italian law, we CANNOT provide:
• Cleaning service during the stay.
• Linen and towel changes.
• Restocking of the welcome kit.
• Cleaning, laundry, and any needed supplies during your stay are the guest's responsibility.

Strictly Prohibited
• SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN inside the suite. Violation will result in a €300 fine for restoration costs.
• PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED.
• You cannot admit more people than those registered at check-in.
• If a party is held or if unauthorized guests are found inside the suite, you agree to:
• Leave the suite immediately without any refund.
• Be charged an extra €500 penalty.

Suite & Furnishings
• To maintain a fresh and updated style, we may periodically make minor changes to the furnishings. While we strive to update our photos promptly, some images may not perfectly match the current decor at your arrival.
• The structure and amenities of the suite will remain unchanged.

Final Agreement
THE GUEST AGREES THAT THE RESERVATION WILL BE canceled WITHOUT ANY REFUND in case of a violation of any of the above-mentioned rules.

Check-in & Accesso
• The person who made the reservation MUST BE PRESENT at check-in. You don't check in for third parties.
• Access to the property is prohibited for people other than those registered at check-in.
• There is no reception: The suite is a private accommodation, not a hotel.
• Check-out after 11:00 AM (if not arranged in advance) carries a penalty of €30 for each hour of delay.

• In accordance with Italian law, all guests must present a valid ID or passport at check-in.
• The tourist tax is collected directly from Airbnb. (In July 2024, the amount is €3.50 per person per night for the first 4 nights.)
• If the Municipality of Verona changes the rate, guests will be informed and the payment will be adjusted accordingly. Any differences in credit or debt will be settled at check-in.

Clean & Maintenance
• This is a self-catering apartment. According to Italian law, WE ARE UNABLE to provide:
• Cleaning service during your stay.
• Linen and towels change.
• Replenishment of the welcome kit.
• Cleaning of the listing, linen change, and purchase of any supplies are the responsibility of the guest.

Absolutely no
• NO SMOKING inside the suite. In case of violation, a penalty of €300 will be applied for the restoration of the rooms.
• PARTIES NOT ALLOWED.
• We're unable to accommodate multiple guests at check-in.
• In the event of parties or unauthorized guests, the guest agrees to:
• Immediately leave the suite without any refunds.
• Pay an extra fee of €500.

Suite & Furniture
• To maintain a fresh, up-to-date style, we may make minor changes to the decor. Although we try to update the photos in a timely manner, some images may not exactly match the furniture present upon your arrival.
• The structure and services offered will remain unchanged.

Acceptance of the Regulation
Guest agrees that the reservation will be canceled without any refund if any of the above rules are violated.
