The full bathroom is conveniently situated on the second floor and is shared between the two bedrooms, ensuring a functional space for up to 5 guests.

Inside, you will find warm, welcoming spaces and charming décor throughout. The property includes a cozy living room and dining area, creating the perfect environment to unwind after a day of exploration. For those who enjoy home-cooked meals, there is a fully equipped kitchen, though guests should note there is no dishwasher.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that keys must be picked up at the Kivoya Office located at Plaza Rocky Point St. 12, in front of Sams Club Puerto Penasco. Pets are not allowed. A non-refundable security deposit of $39 USD plus taxes ($42.12 total) is required, providing $400 USD in coverage for unintentional damages. Please be advised that smoking inside the property, parties, excessive noise, and exceeding maximum occupancy are strictly prohibited and are not covered by the protection plan.
