The villa features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, expertly configured to accommodate up to 10 guests (specifically 8 adults and 2 children aged 12 or younger). Two bedrooms offer sumptuous double beds, while two others provide the flexibility of two single beds joined together. The fifth bedroom features a bunk bed suitable for an adult and has a unique entrance through another bedroom. For added convenience, one of the bedrooms includes its own delightful small kitchen area.

Inside, the main kitchen area seamlessly integrates with the elegant living room in a harmonious open-plan design, equipped with high-end appliances for a delightful culinary experience. Each bedroom is tastefully appointed for utmost privacy, featuring ensuite bathrooms, lavish 42-inch televisions, refreshing air conditioning, and spacious wardrobes.

Located in Gribiliana Kolymbari, the villa is an ideal base for exploring Western Crete. A few minutes' drive brings you to the beach, and the property is conveniently close to the wonderful Falasarna and Balos beaches. The local area of Kolymbari offers a peaceful atmosphere with various shops, supermarkets, cafes, and excellent traditional taverns.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Please note that per Greek law, a climate resilience tax is required upon arrival: 10€ per night from March to October, and 4€ per night for the remaining months. To ensure the pool is at your preferred temperature, please notify the host at least 3 days in advance.
