Layout & Sleeping Arrangements The guesthouse consists of 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom. To accommodate additional guests, a comfortable king-sized air mattress is available for up to 4 guests total (available for an additional $25.00 fee for the bed and blankets).

Location & Neighborhood Located in downtown Merlin on Merlin/Galice Road, the property is ideally positioned for outdoor enthusiasts. You are just minutes away from the mighty Rogue River, where you can enjoy rafting, fishing, floating, and hiking. For river excursions, Orange Torpedo is only a one-minute drive away and can even provide front-door pickup.

For dining and entertainment, the guesthouse is right next door to "My Place," a popular family-friendly cocktail and Tap House featuring hand-squeezed cocktails and rotating food trucks. Additionally, a local restaurant serving Mexican food and gaming is just a block away. Essentials are easily accessible at the nearby Ray's Food grocery store, and the city of Grants Pass is only 15 minutes away. Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that because the guesthouse is located next to the road, vehicle noise may be audible, especially on weekdays.

To keep the home comfortable for everyone, please use linens and towels only for their intended purposes. Pets are welcome but are strictly prohibited from being on beds, sheets, blankets, or comforters. Using towels for cleaning pets, removing makeup, or wiping muddy paws is not permitted. Guests will be responsible for replacement costs for excessively stained or damaged linens, ranging from $4 for washcloths up to $60 for sheet sets.
