Discover the perfect mountain getaway at this nicely furnished retreat in Mammoth Lakes, California. Located in Phase 2 of the Summit within the Dennison building, this inviting home puts you within walking distance of Eagle Lodge, making it an ideal base for your alpine adventures.

The layout is designed for comfort and flexibility, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a total capacity to sleep up to 6 guests. The master bedroom is anchored by a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a double bed. For additional guests, the loft provides two twin beds, and the living room includes a sofa sleeper to ensure everyone has a cozy place to rest.

While the unit is designed for relaxation, guests can take advantage of several key features:

Beyond the unit, the complex provides a wealth of shared facilities including a sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, a pool available during the summer, and a Jacuzzi. Please be aware that the hot tubs will be closed for most of the summer and fall, and there is an ongoing painting project on the exterior of the complex building. Parking is convenient with one assigned underground spot (7' 0" garage clearance) and a second spot available on a first-come, first-served basis; two parking passes are provided.
