This single-level home is designed for comfort and accessibility, featuring a ramp at the main entry. The layout includes 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The interior is centered around a welcoming family room equipped with an electric fireplace, a large screen TV, and a dedicated desk area for those needing a workspace. A dedicated dining area features a counter-height table for 6, strategically positioned so you can capture the Pacific views while sharing a meal or playing a board game. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, and blender, all centered around a large island with barstools.

For added relaxation, the main living area offers a large sectional sofa with a chaise and a separate game table that seats 4, perfect for jigsaw puzzles and cards. Outside, a large deck overlooks the ocean, featuring a propane BBQ and a hot tub (available for an additional cleaning fee). The property also boasts a large fenced yard, ideal for yard games and pet activities.

Lincoln City's best shopping is just a short drive north in the Nelscott area or at the Outlet Mall. Guests can also enjoy incredible local dining choices including Fathoms, Kylos Grill, and Blackfish Cafe.

• Parking: Limited to 2 garage spaces, 1 driveway space, and 2 off-street spaces. No street parking allowed.
• House Rules: Maximum occupancy of 6. Minimum primary renter age is 21. No parties or smoking allowed. No cooking of seafood inside the home (please use the deck grill).
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
• Pets are considered with an additional fee.
