NO PARTY POLICY ● This property has a strict no-party policy. ● The use of the property for a function, party or an event is strictly prohibited. ● Immediate cancellation and/or penalty of $600 may be applied at the discretion of the Host should this policy be in breach. NO UNRULY BEHAVIOUR POLICY ● Excessive noise or unruly behaviour will not be tolerated at any time. ● Illegal activities will not be tolerated at any time in or on the property. ● Immediate cancellation and/or penalty of $600 may be applied at the discretion of the Host should this policy be in breach. NO SMOKING POLICY ● This property has a strict no-smoking & no-vaping policy. ● Additional cleaning charges may be applied at the discretion of the Host. NO PET POLICY ● Pets are not permitted inside or on the property at any time. ● Additional cleaning charges may be applied at the discretion of the Host. OCCUPANCY RULES ● The guest who made the booking must stay at the property and is considered the primary guest and will therefore be held responsible for the conduct of all other guests. ● Only the stated number of guests, as per your booking confirmation, will be allowed to reside in the property. No other persons are permitted to use the property for accommodation purposes. ● Should there be shared common areas or spaces, attention must be paid to any notices advising of rules of use or operating hours. ● An Immediate and non-refundable cancellation may be applied at the discretion of the Host should this policy be in breach. PROPERTY POLICY ● Lost keys, fobs, or remotes will incur a call-out fee of $250 plus full-replacement costs. ● No responsibility is taken by the Host or the owner for guests’ personal belongings. ● The owner’s insurance does not cover guests’ personal possessions. ● Guests agree to keep the property secured when not in residence. ● Any damaged or stolen property during your stay will incur full replacement costs being charged. ● Please dispose of sanitary or personal items in the bins provided in the bathroom. Disposal via toilets may cause blockages; if a plumber is called to remove such blockage, you may be liable for the cost. PARKING ● Guests are to park in the designed parking spot. If you park in a non designated spot and your car is towed away, you agree to bear the costs associated with its removal. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME ● Check-in time is 3.00pm. ● Check-out time is 11.00am. ● Early check in or late checkout may be ok subject to prior authorisation. LATE CHECK OUT POLICY Permission must be confirmed at the time of booking, otherwise: • a late check-out at any time prior to 12pm on the date of check-out will incur a $100 penalty fee. • a late check-out at any time after 12pm on the date of check-out will incur a nightly rate penalty. DEPARTURE RULES ● Our cleaners work hard to ensure the property is ready to welcome our guests. Should the property not be left in a generally neat and clean manner where additional cleaning staff or specialized equipment is needed, the additional cleaning charges incurred will apply. ● All garbage is to be placed in the provided council garbage collection bins. ● Dishes and all kitchenware items will need to be washed prior to your departure. PHOTO ID ● It is expected that the booking guest provides a copy of Government issued ID upon request, or 48 hours prior to their stay. Also, to carry this same ID with them throughout their stay.
