The first floor hosts a lovely cozy lounge, where you can relax on the sofa and watch TV while enjoying views of the village and glimpses of the sea through the bay window. The top floor is dedicated to a beautiful vaulted bedroom, creating a serene sanctuary that includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.

Located on The Strand, the property boasts an enviable position. You are just a one-minute walk from the beach and equidistant from the village green. Guests can explore the local Shaldon Beach or venture to the nearby Teignmouth Beach and Ness Cove beach, the latter of which is accessed via an original smugglers tunnel.
