Discover your own piece of paradise at Casa Palm Breeze, a wonderful private retreat located in Ojochal within the Provincia de Puntarenas, Costa Rica. This stunning home is designed to immerse you in nature, offering breathtaking Pacific Ocean views from every room except the bathrooms, ensuring a serene backdrop for your entire stay.

The residence features a spacious layout with 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Each sleeping area is a private suite with its own en-suite bathroom consisting of a sink, toilet, and shower. The large Owner's Suite is located upstairs and boasts beautiful vaulted ceilings, a large closet area, and a private patio. On the main floor, Bedroom #1 provides convenient sliding glass door access to the patio and swimming pool area, complete with A/C and a ceiling fan. Bedroom #2, situated upstairs above the first bedroom, also features vaulted ceilings, A/C, a ceiling fan, and a private patio.

The heart of the home is an open floorplan on the first floor that provides plenty of space for everyone. This layout allows for easy movement between the kitchen, dining room, and living room, with seamless access to the outdoor areas.

Nestled in the scenic landscape of Ojochal, guests can enjoy the privacy of the estate while watching amazing wildlife and taking in sunsets depending on the time of year.

Practical Information: Check-in is scheduled between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Please note that check-in must be completed by 8:30 PM; in special pre-confirmed circumstances, check-in up to 10:00 PM is available for an additional $75 charge. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed.

Guests must complete a verification process via a digital trust platform prior to arrival to avoid cancellation. A refundable deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver is required. Additionally, a Pak-n'Play or Baby Travel Bed can be rented for $50 USD (plus VAT) if requested at least 48 hours in advance.

To ensure a comfortable start, Osa Property Management provides a starter kit including Costa Rican coffee, filters, cooking oil, basic condiments, dish and laundry soap, paper products, and toiletries. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.
