This cozy third-floor condo is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include two inviting bedrooms with a king and queen bed, along with a queen-sized Murphy bed located in the living area, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

While the structured amenities are limited, the home is thoughtfully detailed for a relaxing stay. Guests can enjoy a private balcony with peek-a-boo ocean views, a cozy living area anchored by a gas fireplace, and an elegant dining area perfect for family gatherings. The space includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a private washer and dryer, and floor-to-ceiling windows that invite in the refreshing ocean breeze.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the property (including vaping and cannabis); violations result in a $250 fine.
• No pets allowed; unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine.
• AC is not provided, though portable fans are available upon request at the front desk.
• Commercial activity and filming are not permitted.

Please be advised that the Sand and Sea resort will undergo essential exterior structural repairs from January 2026 through January 2027. Guests may experience daytime noise and visible construction. Due to this, no early check-ins or late check-outs are available. From June 1, 2026, through January 15, 2027, only one parking pass will be issued per reservation. Most guests are required to park in the lot across from the resort, while covered garage parking is reserved for those with a valid handicap placard.
