The home is thoughtfully arranged to maximize comfort and views. It features 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, with 2 bathrooms, providing plenty of space for up to 7 guests. The layout includes an upstairs bedroom equipped with two beds and cozy chairs for taking in the scenery. On the main floor, you will find a bedroom served by a hall bathroom boasting a newly remodeled Spanish-style tiled shower. To reach the lower floor bedroom, guests pass through the main bedroom to find a room with new carpet, a private bathroom with a tub/shower, and the laundry room.

While the property emphasizes its unique character and million-dollar views, the interior is designed for relaxation. You can snuggle up by the wood stove with a good book or unwind in the living area with a newly installed wall-mounted TV. The beach is just a quick walk away via a path beside the house, with the north end of the beach being an ideal spot for shell hunting and exploring tide pools.
