Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, this spacious retreat features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include two king beds, one queen bed, one twin-over-twin bunk bed, and one twin bed with a twin trundle. The Master Suite is a true sanctuary, featuring a king bed, double vanity, private toilet, shower stall, and a luxurious claw bathtub. Other bedrooms include a queen room, a fourth bedroom with a king bed and shower/tub combo, and a versatile room with bunks and a trundle sharing a Jack N Jill bath.

The main level offers a great open floor plan with plenty of comfortable seating and a built-in workspace for those needing to stay productive. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and a crock pot. Dining is a breeze with a large table for eight and four additional bar stools at the kitchen bar. Step outside onto the spacious deck to take in gorgeous Gulf views, or head to the Bay-side decks to enjoy the sunrise every morning.

The bottom level provides a covered carport for two or more vehicles and a screened room with outdoor furniture and a hot/cold outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a beach day.

• Pet-friendly (dogs only): $150 fee per pet, maximum of 2 pets. Breed approval is required.
• Community Rules: Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Exterior lights must be off by 10:00 PM (or sundown during turtle season, May–Oct 31). Shark fishing is prohibited in and around San Dunes. Pets are not allowed in the pool and must remain on leashes.
