Key amenities include a fully-stocked kitchen with cooking basics, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and baking sheet. Basic spices, oil, coffee, and filters are provided. The smart TV offers entertainment options, while complimentary toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and body soap ensure convenience. Additional comforts include a hair dryer, iron, linens, extra pillows and blankets, and hangers.

Beach access couldn't be easier with 50 gentle stairs or a paved ramp leading directly to the sand. From October through April, you can even drive onto the beach when the tide is out. The property offers free on-site parking with 11 spaces available, plus free street parking on nearby 15th and 14th Streets. Self check-in via keypad makes arrival seamless.

The location is unbeatable - just one block from Highway 101 with easy walking access to restaurants, souvenir shops, and grocery stores. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that no smoking is permitted in the condo or on the balcony, no pets are allowed, and cooking fresh seafood indoors is prohibited due to lingering odors. This vacation rental does not include daily housekeeping but provides fresh linens and towels for your entire stay.
