Louvel Furnished Apartment House Rules:

Thank you for choosing our apartment for your stay. In order to ensure comfort for all our guests, we ask that you respect the following rules. By making your booking, you agree to the following terms:

While you’re in town • Maintenance of the premises: Guests are responsible for the tidying and maintenance of the apartment. • Quiet hours: Please respect the quiet hours of the building between 10pm and 7am, in order to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighbors.

• No smoking, even at the window • Pets: Pets are not allowed on the sofa and beds. Thank you for your vigilance. • Occupancy of the accommodation: The number of guests must not exceed the number indicated at the time of booking. • Reporting in case of problems: Please report any malfunction or damage found immediately to allow for a quick response. • Energy saving: As part of our eco-responsible approach, the radiators are remotely controlled to guarantee the comfort temperatures recommended by ADEME. Their control buttons are inoperative, please do not handle them. If you have any questions or concerns, let us know.

Before you leave the accommodation • Storage: The apartment must be tidied before your departure. Return used equipment and items to their original location. • Dishes: Dishes must be washed, dried and stored in cupboards. • Linens: Linens including sheets from used beds and towels must be gathered in the bathroom. • Checkout time: The apartment must be vacated before 10am (Gaillac 11am). Late checkout until 12pm can be arranged upon prior request. • Key handover (Angoulême): the keys will be deposited in the box provided for this purpose and the code of the key box mixed after use. • Final checks: Before leaving, be sure to turn off all electrical appliances, lights, close windows and velux and lock the door.

Applicable penalties and additional charges: Any breach of the rules of procedure may result in the application of penalties and additional costs, and, for significant damage, legal consequences.

• Insufficient storage: €30 • Presence of animal hair on the sofa or beds: €20 • Dishes not washed or improperly stored: €15 • Additional undeclared traveler: €20/person/night • Unauthorized use of the sofa bed: €30 • Late checkout not reported: €30 per hour started • Property damage: Billing for repair or replacement costs • Tobacco odor: €50 • Any other breach: penalties will be applied depending on the nature of the damage
