Each home has a rental permit from either the city of Cannon Beach or Clatsop County that regulates how many guests may stay and how many cars are allowed to park. These limits are listed on our Website. If there are more people staying at the house than permitted, then such is a violation of this Guest Reservation Contract rental and constitutes grounds for immediate termination and eviction.

Pets - Saltwater Sung is not a pet friendly home. If a pet is found in a non-pet-friendly home without prior notice and consent, then such is a violation of this Guest Reservation Contract and constitutes grounds for immediate termination and eviction, in addition to a $750.00 fee.

If you have an ADA service animal please let our office know right away so that we can make special arrangements in the event that you have chosen a non-pet friendly home
