The top floor hosts the master bedroom, which boasts an ensuite and views over Angourie, alongside a fully self-contained living, dining, and kitchen area. This level is crowned by a huge deck providing expansive ocean views over Main and Convent beaches. Internal stairs lead to the lower floor, where you will find two additional bedrooms—including a light and airy queen size bedroom with its own ensuite—and a bonus play room equipped with a sofa bed. The lower level also includes a second full-sized kitchen and a large living area with ocean glimpses.

While the property is lavishly appointed, please note that the structured amenity list is currently limited; however, the home provides a washing machine in the family bathroom and high-quality Leif bathroom consumables. Guests are provided with quality bed linen and bath towels, though you are asked to bring your own beach towels and linen if you intend to use the sofa bed.

Situated on Church St, one of Yamba's favorite streets, you are only 300m from Yamba Main Beach. The prime location means you are within walking distance to all five of Yamba's beaches, as well as the local markets, restaurants, and town amenities. For those arriving by car, there is a lock-up garage for one vehicle and off-street parking for one additional vehicle, though the central location makes it easy to explore on foot or by cycle.
