The home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 6 guests, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is spacious and features a queen bed, ideal for those seeking a relaxing atmosphere. The second bedroom provides a practical and cozy environment with two twin beds, making it a wonderful choice for children or small groups. Both sleeping quarters offer ample storage to keep your belongings organized during your stay.

At the heart of the home, you will find a family living room and a full-sized kitchen equipped with a center island, creating a gathering hub for guests. The interior flows seamlessly to the outdoors, where you can enjoy the furnished balcony and the private pool and terrace, offering the ultimate spot to unwind and take in the surrounding greenery.

Guest access includes the entire space, a garage for secure parking, and a seamless self check-in process to ensure your arrival is as smooth as possible.

To maintain the quality of the home, please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Regarding electricity usage, guests are provided with 40 kWh per day at no additional cost. To avoid extra charges, we kindly ask that air conditioners be turned off when rooms are not in use or when you are out exploring. A meter reading is taken at both check-in and check-out; any consumption exceeding the 40 kWh daily limit will be charged at $0.27 per kWh through the security deposit claim procedure.
