Rule 1: Bon Voisonage The sector offers an environment in nature and a peaceful neighborhood that is mandatory to respect. Those who do not comply with these rules are liable to eviction even before the end of the stay and without refund. • Use the premises for acts that violate morals or the law, or violate a law or ordinance, or cause waste or harm on or near the premises are not allowed
• The tenant undertakes to use only the rented premises and to respect the spaces of neighbors and residents of the area.
• The tenant is responsible for the actions of any other person on the rented premises. Rule 2: Chalet capacity The property can host up to 6 adults. No extra person who is not approved will be accepted. ($)
• Only registered guests who are included in the booking are allowed to stay at the chalet. Please make sure the exact number of people is reflected in your reservation request. Rule 3: No parties The cottage is not a place for "parties". We have a zero-tolor policy that will result in immediate eviction of the property without reimbursement in the event of non-compliance of the policy.
• The number of people allowed per accommodation unit indicated cannot be exceeded, at no time.
• The Tenant is responsible for the actions of any other person on the rented premises. Rule 4: Minimize noise The sector offers an environment in nature and a peaceful neighborhood that is mandatory to respect.
• Tenants are expected to maintain a reasonable volume at all times (day, evening, night).
• The Tenant or his guests must stop any outside noise between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Rule 5: Outdoor fire If using the outdoor fireplace, be sure to:
• Always check with the SOPFEU website (www.sopfeu.ca) if there is a prohibition on making fires in the area before lighting a fire.
• Never leave it unattended. They must have a person in charge of the fire at all times. The tenant is by default the person in charge, please let us know if you delegate the responsibility to someone else in your group.
• Don't make a fire if the wind velocity is more than 20 km/h.
• The gate must be on fire at any time.
• Tenants are expected to maintain a reasonable volume at all times (day, evening, night). It should no longer have any noise outside between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. every night.
• No lights are allowed between 11 pm and 8 am.
• Never put warm ashes in one of the garbage or compost bins.
• Use the wood provided on the premises. Do not take wood from neighbors.
• It is therefore forbidden to cut down trees or branches to make a fire. In addition, any damage to the land or its layout by the tenant or his guests will be redeveloped entirely at the expense of the tenant. Rule 6: Parking The parking lot can accommodate 3 cars and which is sufficient for the capacity of the chalet.
• Parking is not allowed on the street.
• No parking on site.

• Camping on site is forbidden and no motorized is allowed (mountain biking, snowmobile, trailer, tent, etc.) on the site.
• No fireworks will be tolerated.
• NO SMOKING - In all these forms Rule 8: Penalty In case of non-compliance with the rental conditions listed in this document, we will ask the tenants to leave the premises immediately, without refund.
